Let's unite to ensure homelessness in our community is rare, brief and nonrecurring.

This is an education conference for homeless service providers and interested community members. A certificate of Continuing Education hours will be given to participants. Free parking and lunch will be provided.

First Presbyterian Church

Conference topics include:

Addressing the needs of victims, LGBTQ individuals and youth experiencing homelessness

Anti-discrimination training for understanding racial disparities in homelessness, discrimination based on protected classes under the Fair Housing Act, implicit bias, & trauma informed care

Strategies to reduce the length of time individuals or families remain homeless and to increase supportive housing participant’s access to new opportunities for growth

Housing First training and the importance of lowering barriers to program entry

Prevention and diversion strategies

Early bird ticket pricing available through Friday, March 20, 2020.

After that date, the price will be $80.00.
