This is an education conference for homeless service providers and interested community members. A certificate of Continuing Education hours will be given to participants.

  • Antidiscrimination Topics Such as Racial Disparities in Homelessness and Discrimination Based on Protected Classes Under the Fair Housing Act

  • Strategies to Increase Supportive Housing Participant’s Access to Mainstream Benefits and Opportunities Related to Employment, Education and/or Moving On to Other Affordable Housing Options

  • Outreach Strategies for Building Relationships with the Chronically Homeless
  • Strategies for Implementing an Efficient Coordinated Entry System, Including a Review of the Strengths and Limitations of a Coordinated Assessment

  • Best Practices for Collaboration Between Public Health Authorities, Homeless Services, and Other Partners at the Local Level for a Coordinated Response
